RPT 220 Financial Data for a Specified DI Across Multiple Reporting Cycles

Description

The financial data for a specified DI across multiple reporting cycles is utilized to view all data for a user defined FI for up to the past seven reporting cycles.   This report allows the user to compare data from the last seven reporting periods to identify trends in the data.

The items that may be retrieved are limited to monetary and non-negative monetary.   Three numbers are displayed for each concept, they are:   1) the value of the concept, 2) the variance, and 3) the percentage difference.   The variance is the difference in value between this reporting cycle and the reporting cycle one column to the right. The percentage difference relates to the % change between this reporting cycle and the reporting cycle one column to the right.

RPT 220 Financial Data for a Specified DI Across Multiple Reporting Cycles

  1. Go to the following url:   https://CDR.FFIEC.GOV/CDR

  2. Click on LOGIN to access the CDR application login screen.

  3. Type in your User Name and Password and click on LOGIN.

  4. From the options across the top of the screen, select Reports.

  5. From the options down the left side of the screen, select RPT 220 Financial Data for a Specified DI Across Multiple Reporting Cycles.

  6. Select the desired options from the selection screen drop down boxes.

    1. The following items must be completed for successful output:   Data Series, Reporting Cycle, Reporting Cycle Comparisons and either the ID RSSD, Certificate Number or OCC Charter Number.
    2. The remaining items are to be utilized to modify the report for desired results.  
    3. Use the sort options to organize your output in a meaningful manner.

  7. Choose either HTML or Excel for the report format type.

  8. Select Submit to run the report or Reset to select different criteria.

  9. View the report.   The selection criteria are listed at the top of the report.
