Facsimile Report

Description

The FI Call facsimile is the entire call report for a financial institution for a selected date such as: March 31, June 30, September 30 or December 31. To view the facsimile, the users must select a criteria from the list and request a query for the report.

1. Go to the following url: https://CDR.FFIEC.GOV/CDR
   
   
2. Click on LOGIN to access the CDR application login screen.
   
   
3. Type in your User Name and Password and click on LOGIN.
   
   
4. From the options across the top of the screen, select Call Reports.
   
   
5. From the options down the left side of the screen, select Manage Call Reports.
   
   
6. Click Back to Search and select your criteria. (Use only 1 or 2 criteria)

3. OCC Charter #
4. Fed Physical District
5. Reporting Cycle Name
6. Submission Type
7. Call Report Received
8. Submission Start Date
9. Submission End Date
10. Call Status
11. Assigned Analyst
12. Regulatory Agency
13. Has Pending Failed Edit
    
    
7. Choose Search at the top left to run the query.
   
   
8. A successful query will provide you with a complete listing of the financial institution that you have submitted.
